Responsibilities

🚀Ensure the smooth development and running of the office.

🚀​Close cooperation with Deputy General Manager and Accounting Manager.

🚀​Support company’s executives by managing travel arrangements and accommodation, scheduling meetings, as well as other administrative tasks as required.

🚀​Conduct research and execute various tasks (finding vendors, coordinating shipments, supporting colleagues, conducting research on various topics as required).

🚀​Handle incoming and outgoing communications, correspondence, and deliveries promptly and efficiently.

🚀​Close collaboration with accounting partner and work on internal accounting activities.

🚀​Management of lease agreements (office, accommodation etc.).

🚀​Office Management e.g. monitor office supplies and order new ones when required.

Requirements

💡Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant role, preferably within construction industry.

💡​Experience in supporting accounting processes.

💡​Fluent written and verbal communication abilities in Polish and English.

💡​Proficient in using SAP and office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Accounting Software.

💡​Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

💡​Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

💡​Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
